What are print-on-demand items? Print-on-demand items are products that are only created once an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of customizable and unique items without holding large amounts of inventory.
How does print-on-demand work? When you place an order, we print your chosen design on the selected product. This process usually takes a few days, after which the item is shipped directly to you.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship an order? Processing time typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (USA): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. International shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
Products and Customization
Can I personalize my items? Yes, many of our items can be personalized. When selecting a product, you will have the option to add custom text or choose specific scripture verses.
What if I can't find a scripture verse I want? If you have a specific scripture verse in mind that you don’t see available, please contact us at help@scripturegiftshop.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What materials are your products made from? Our products are made from high-quality materials, including premium canvases, crystal, metal, and sterling silver. Each item is crafted with care to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and durability.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy? For orders within the United States, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return process. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.
How do I return an item? To begin your refund process, please contact us at help@scripturegiftshop.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help@scripturegiftshop.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What is your policy for international orders? All international orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- Custom Products -- meaning any user-created product that cannot be restocked.
- Products that have been worn, emit an odor, and/or are not in their original condition.
- Product(s) that were shipped to a not-current address provided by you.
- Any items(s) returned that have not been approved by our team in advance.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Can I request a custom or personalized order? Absolutely! Your ideas are important, and we love a challenge. Items and styles are designed daily to meet the needs of our customers. If you would like to personalize an item you see here or request something completely different, just send us a message at help@scripturegiftshop.com to get a personalized design to suit your needs. We try to reply to all inquiries within 48 hours.

What if I'm not happy or item comes damaged? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any damaged items or items shipped incorrectly. If the size is not what was ordered or something is chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged, a replacement or refund will be swift (picture evidence may be required). If you are not satisfied but the item is correct, please contact us. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis. We want our customers to be happy with their service.
