Our Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — fully, promptly, and without hassle. This is our unconditional commitment.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items — U.S. Orders
If you're unsatisfied with a standard item for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us at help@scripturegiftshop.com with your name, order number, and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and the return address
- You are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized items are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ from what you ordered.

What to do: Email help@scripturegiftshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required for damaged items.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Returns shipped without prior approval from our team

All international orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds — except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect (covered above).
