Welcome to Scripture Gift Shop. By accessing or using our website (www.scripturegiftshop.com) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this site.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software of any kind.

2. Made-to-Order & Personalized Products

Scripture Gift Shop is a print-on-demand store. All products are made to order — meaning production begins shortly after your order is placed.

  • Standard items: Production typically begins within 1–3 business days of your order
  • Personalized items: Production begins immediately upon order confirmation; these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started unless they arrive damaged or defective (see our Return Policy)
  • Cancellation window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing help@scripturegiftshop.com with your order number. Cancellations are not guaranteed after this window if production has begun

3. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings vary, and slight color differences between screen display and finished product are not considered defects.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of service.

5. Order Acceptance & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information. Orders placed with incorrect addresses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser — we are not liable for items shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property & User-Submitted Content

All original store content — including design, layout, graphics, and copy — is the property of Scripture Gift Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

If you submit personalization requests, custom text, or other content to us for use on a product, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to use that content
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • The content does not violate any law or regulation

Scripture Gift Shop is not responsible for intellectual property claims arising from customer-submitted content. By submitting content for personalization, you grant us a limited license to reproduce that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Feedback & Communications

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products or services, you grant us permission to use that feedback for business improvement purposes without obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential. This section applies only to unsolicited business feedback — it does not affect your personal information, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. These are provided as a convenience and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

9. Personal Information

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site or its content to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Scripture Gift Shop or any third party

  • Harass, harm, or discriminate against any person or group

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripture Gift Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, government actions, or other events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at help@scripturegiftshop.com before initiating any formal dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern within 10 business days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court — except that either party may pursue claims in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scripture Gift Shop, its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

18. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site at any time for violation of these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scripture Gift Shop regarding use of this site and supersede all prior agreements.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made.
